- Initial Phone Call
I will ask about your goals, type of home, time frame, and if you have already set up financing. Then I will give a brief example of how I help you achieve those goals, help you find a lender if applicable, and schedule a sit down for a full strategic home search consultation with you.
- Strategic Home Search Consultation
A consultation will be held at my office where I will go over the goals you outlined in detail and my step-by-step process to achieve that goal. We will discuss cost of buying a home and what can be negotiated into the offer. When your initial questions are answered, we will start a home search and or go over homes you have seen online so I can improve my knowledge of your style. Then we will briefly go over the legal documents it takes to buy a home so when we find the right home we can jump right to the offer.
- Next Steps
We will schedule multiple homes in the same area to optimize your time and mine. We will initially register you with builders if new construction is an option. At this I will diligently search for the right home to fit your needs. When we find that home, we will discuss the strategies to be the winning offer. Once under contract we will discuss more in dept the items we touch on in the consultation such as the time frame to move from one home to the next, how closing go, ect…
